-120 eye shadow palette (about 23 €)
-eyeliner (take the one that you like best; b)

One step after another: first
Apply the eye shadow base.
second Light blue-greenish eye shadow on the lower lashes and apply to the entire eyelid.
third Set in a dark blue accent.
4th Apply on the blue and a beautiful purple.
5th A draw eyeliner.
10th The lashes any inks .. and finished! (:
